Project Objective: Expert knowledge and new talent
Raiffeisen Tech has focused on development and collaboration for years. A key element of this strategy is sharing knowledge and experience with the broad technology community. For this reason, the Meet Raiff meetup series was created to not only enhance the company's expert image, but also to attract new talent and build relationships with the IT industry. To ensure the highest quality of events, Raiffeisen Tech relied on cooperation with Sages, which took over the organization and technical support.
The Meet Raiff series included online meetings that covered a wide range of topics - from modern software technologies to agile methodologies to best practices in IT project management. Among the topics covered were How to turn AI into a useful tool for corporate banking, Systems Thinking: Building Sustainable Solutions or Process Optimization: How to Work with Cycle Time. In total, the events were attended by more than half a thousand participants, confirming the high interest in the initiative and its value to the technology community.
How was Meet Raiff created?
Sages had a key contribution to the success of Meet Raiff. As part of our cooperation, we were responsible for the comprehensive organization of the events - from participant registration to promotion to feedback collection. This allowed the Raiffeisen Tech team to focus on the substantive part of the meetings and provide experts who shared their knowledge of technology, work methods and processes. The meetings were conducted remotely, which provided broad access for participants and maximized engagement. Each session brought together not only Raiffeisen Tech employees, but also experts from outside the company, which fostered the exchange of experiences and enriched discussions.
Results: How did Meet Raiff enhance Raiffeisen Tech's image?
Meet Raiff was a success. Thanks to a precisely chosen strategy and professional organization, the event met all of its objectives. Participants appreciated the high level of content and interactivity of the meetings, as confirmed by positive feedback.
