Aligning DevOps transformation with organizational culture

The dominant organizational culture model for DevOps is the one described in the '2016 State of DevOps Report', created by Westrum. I would like to propose an alternative approach (Competing Values Framework, created by Cameron and Quinn), which analyzes organizational culture from a different perspective: whether the company focuses on flexibility or stability, and whether its activities are inward or outward focused. I will show the result of implementing this model at Seqr --- a company where I work and which is undergoing an ongoing DevOps transformation.
